Stadice® (Zeus Hygia) is a clinically supported joint health ingredient complex formulated to support cartilage integrity, reduce joint inflammation, and improve joint mobility and comfort. Positioned in the growing active aging and sports recovery joint health market, Stadice® combines ingredients targeting the multiple pathways of joint degradation — inflammatory cytokine signaling, cartilage matrix degradation, and synovial fluid maintenance.

Benefits

Joint comfort and mobility support

Stadice® targets the inflammatory pathways driving joint discomfort — reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, TNF-α) and COX-2 activity in synovial tissue while supporting cartilage extracellular matrix components (collagen, proteoglycans) that maintain joint structural integrity and shock absorption.

Cartilage protection and regeneration support

Joint health ingredients that combine anti-inflammatory activity with structural matrix support (collagen peptides, glucosamine, chondroitin, UC-II) address both the symptomatic and structural aspects of joint health — reducing pain while supporting the cartilage architecture that degrades with age, repeated impact, and inflammation.

Active recovery and exercise-induced joint stress

For athletes and active individuals, joint health supplementation supports faster recovery from exercise-induced joint stress, reduces post-workout joint soreness, and maintains long-term joint integrity — enabling consistent training volume without joint degradation that limits athletic longevity.

Mechanism of action

1

NF-κB inhibition and cartilage matrix support

Botanical joint health ingredients inhibit NF-κB nuclear translocation — suppressing MMP (matrix metalloproteinase) production that degrades cartilage collagen and proteoglycans, reducing IL-1β-driven chondrocyte apoptosis, and lowering COX-2/prostaglandin-mediated joint inflammation. Structural matrix ingredients simultaneously support chondrocyte anabolism and collagen synthesis to maintain cartilage extracellular matrix integrity.

Clinical trials

1
Stadice® (Mangifera indica/Mangiferin) Cognitive Function

Clinical study data available through Zeus Hygia. Component botanical evidence supports joint health activity.

60 healthy male and female adults aged 18-45, all regular esports/video gamers. Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial; 300 mg Stadice® (proprietary mango leaf extract standardized to mangiferin via Insolib Technology) or placebo daily for 7 days. Cognitive testing using NIMHANS Neuropsychological Battery, Auditory Verbal Learning Test, and assessments of psychological stress, anxiety, mood, subjective working memory, and cortisol. Conducted by Zeus Hygia Lifesciences and TrialGuna Private Limited (India). Pranav Diabetes Center Ethics Committee approval TG/CLI/074.

Stadice® significantly improved mental speed, attention, working memory, response inhibition, and verbal learning and memory vs placebo (all p<0.05). Cortisol levels and self-reported anxiety/stress also improved. Mechanism: mangiferin is a polyphenolic xanthone with documented antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects. Insolib Technology improves typically poor mangiferin solubility/bioavailability. No adverse events reported. Same active compound (mangiferin) is studied in Zynamite® for cognitive and exercise performance applications.
