AMPK activation and fat oxidation

Mechanism of action
Dual AMPK activation via complementary pathways

The combination activates AMPK more strongly than either ingredient alone — with human biopsy data confirming 3.5x greater AMPK phosphorylation with Metabolaid® vs. placebo.
Mitochondrial biogenesis via PGC-1α
AMPK activation phosphorylates and activates PGC-1α — the master regulator of mitochondrial biogenesis. Increased mitochondrial density enhances fat oxidation capacity, aerobic energy production efficiency, and exercise endurance by expanding the cell's fat-burning machinery.
ACE inhibition and blood pressure reduction
